Liz has always had a love of baking and being creative both in and out of the kitchen.
Always in the kitchen as a child, tweeking recipes from her Mothers recipe book to find new flavors, there was always plenty of tasty treats in her childhood home. After graduating from school, Liz spent four years at Henley College in the United Kingdom where she studied culinary and hospitality.
During her time at college Liz worked in a variety of catering establishments in England and also a boutique hotel in Bavaria, Germany.
Liz enjoys using cake decorating materiels such as fondant to create beautiful, realistic and edible decorations for her cakes.
Liz lives in Rosemont, Maryland with her husband Clive, son Hudson, two dogs and six chickens.
